Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns work, what to expect, and what conditions apply.


How to Start a Return

All returns and exchanges must be initiated online through our Returns and Exchanges portal. From there, you will find a straightforward, self-guided process to return your item or swap it for something else.

For launch monitors and most accessories, the process is simple. For studio packages and other large items, our team will manually review your request, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and send you return instructions. Once you receive your RMA, you will ship the product back at your own cost to the address specified in those instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fee.


Return Windows

Most products are eligible for returns within 60 days of purchase. The return window for each product is clearly noted on its product page.

Garmin launch monitor devices purchased directly through our website are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition.

Golf simulator studio packages are eligible for 30-day returns but are not eligible for a free return label. Return shipping for studio packages can be significant — we strongly recommend confirming the dimensions of your space before placing your order.

Any investigations or replacement requests for damaged or missing components of a studio package must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.


Free Return Labels

Most products qualify for a free return label, and that eligibility is clearly stated on each product page.

  • Products marked "Free 60-Day Returns" or "Free 30-Day Returns" include a prepaid return label from us.
  • Products marked "30-Day Returns" or "60-Day Returns" without the word "Free" require the customer to purchase return shipping.

Products not eligible for free returns include, but are not limited to, studio packages and other large items.

Free return labels are only available for shipments within the United States. International customers and customers who purchased in the United States but transported their product to an international location are not eligible for free returns for any reason, including a defective unit.

Each customer is eligible for 1 free return or exchange. Any additional returns or exchanges after the first may incur a minimum 10% restocking fee and an additional shipping charge deducted from your refund.


Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to apply restocking fees in the following situations:

  • Standard items returned not in new condition or without original, unaltered packaging: minimum 10% restocking fee
  • Items with excessive wear or blemishes: minimum 15% restocking fee
  • Studio packages that have been opened: a restocking fee will always apply, up to 15%
  • Large items including studio packages and similar products: minimum 15% restocking fee
  • Orders containing products received in faulty or damaged condition are exempt from restocking fees

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

  • Item must be returned in new condition
  • Original, unaltered box with intact UPC code
  • All original packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and included accessories must be present
  • Any bundled items you choose to keep will have their retail value deducted from your refund total
  • Any electronics containing user profile data must be factory reset or password unlocked before being sent back

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer unless we direct you to do so.


What Is Not Refundable

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Opened software or downloadable content
  • Activated software subscriptions
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Shipping and handling fees

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will credit your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Purchases Through Retail or Other Stores

If you purchased your product through an authorized retail store, dealer, or third-party marketplace, please return it to the location where you made your purchase. Return policies and restocking fees vary by seller. Contact that seller directly for their specific return terms.


Limited Liability

We are not responsible for any personal data or personal items left in returned merchandise. Please ensure all personal data is cleared from any device before sending it back. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to deny returns from any customer who abuses this policy.
