We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and without surprises. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect after you place your order.


Shipping Costs

Free shipping is included on all domestic orders. Most orders with a subtotal of $199 or more — after any promotions or discounts are applied — qualify for free 2-day shipping within the contiguous United States.

Orders shipping to PO boxes or select locations may not qualify for 2-day shipping and will ship via standard ground service at no charge.

For orders shipping outside the United States, shipping costs vary by destination and may include additional duties, customs fees, or brokerage fees. Those charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Important notice regarding batteries: Due to international and domestic shipping regulations, accessory batteries cannot ship via air. If your order includes battery accessories, your selected shipping method may be adjusted to meet these requirements, which may affect your estimated delivery window.


Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.

For international shipments, we ship via FedEx. If you are shipping to an international address or plan to take your product to an international location, please note that you are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and return shipping fees. We do not provide international return labels or cover duties and taxes.

Please note: We restrict carriers from rerouting packages once an order has shipped. The shipping address you provide at checkout is where your order will be delivered. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

For tax-exempt orders, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can process it correctly.


Delivery Timeframes

Free 2-Day Shipping is available on most products within the United States. Products not eligible for 2-day service ship via free ground shipping.

Same-Day Shipping is available on most products when you place your order by 2:00 PM ET.

Next-Day Shipping is available on most products for customers who need their order within 1 business day.

Some products require additional handling time or ship from a separate warehouse. Any product-specific shipping details are clearly noted on each product page. We guarantee that we will ship your order within the promised timeframe and at the correct shipping speed. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we will always work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for any shipment at our discretion.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to our shipment tracking page. From there, you can follow your order every step of the way until it reaches your door.
